For Teachers

Less time on paperwork, more time actually teaching JSS 1 through SSS 3.

It’s 8:05 and I have 42 students to mark present.

Open your class register and everyone already starts as present — you only tap the three who aren’t there. Save, done, teach. The register is stored for the term, the admin sees today’s attendance without asking you, and a parent whose child is absent can know the same morning instead of at the PTA meeting.

I have 120 CA scores to enter and it’s exam week.

Pick the class, subject, and assessment, and enter scores straight down one column like a paper broadsheet — no clicking into each student. Totals, averages, and positions compute as you type. You enter each score exactly once: the same entry feeds report cards, the analytics the principal sees, and what the parent portal shows. Nothing gets copied into a second book at midnight.

Where am I supposed to be after the break?

Your own timetable — just your classes, not the whole school’s wall chart — on your phone. When the admin fixes a clash or moves double Maths to Thursday, your copy updates itself. No more photographing the staff-room noticeboard every time it changes.
